You run frost alongside Freenet. You fire up freenet (may not connect on first
run but keep trying), and when its connected, then fire up Frost, click the
"globe" at the top toolbar and choose your groups (may take awhile for frost
to find all groups). They will eventually be added and you can subscribe to
whichever one you want. It is similar to Usenet. It is slower than Usenet, but
much faster than Tor.
