I cannot believe it is still going on. Different groups now, last time
I bothered with ABM it was a spam hole. Still has the greatest
retention, its just that now it retains an assload of spam along with
an assload of good posts.
I know some of you are older than I am and some are of course not,
still too old to be having fights over what's left of the corpse of
usenet. Some of us are probably as old as Lameone was when this shit
all started.
Now Duke is posting passworded stuff, I do believe I remember him not
liking it when the old treefort gang did that. Of course I am not sure
if who is here now is Duke or someone else. After reading some of this
shit I am not sure RedDog ever left or if he and Duke were the same
person. I had my suspicions when I left/stopped reading the text and
just downloaded what I wanted. I am not talking about RedDawg, I have
no idea who that is. As far as I could tell I was the only one who
managed to make a decent filter to filter out most of the bullshit
tranny posts and other crap.
You can get all this crap off the Internet now and it actually costs
less, I still have usenet for other things.
Having people register Duke? To get a password? Really?
Bit too cop like.
Anyway, you guys can get damn near every post posted in this group and
many of the others if you just have a decent usenet server. I got
stuff going back to 2007 just the other day. 8 fucking years! Why the
fuck aren't you getting yourself a decent usenet server and reloading
all the headers? ALL. Stop arguing with anyone and go get what you
want.
Also you will know who it is, the name of the chick will be posted, in
the subject line. Some of those guys were extremely anal about getting
shit exactly right. You'll know if you have all the pics from every
chick and you won't have to argue with Duke or anyone else about what
should or should not be posted here. It has already all been posted,
years ago.
