Thank you for the link Ahkmed, I will check that out. I am waiting to see how SSD's work out. My understanding is that it is basically a large thumbdrive. If so when they fail, you have little to no chance of recovery. On the upside they are extremely fast. Pretty much like memory on the right system. If they have somehow improved the durability I will most likely migrate that way.
I did not know that about how warranties work. I don't think I like the idea of someone looking at my "hobby" lol ita's. I just buy new ones and try to recover. I built a nice desktop with raid but I gave it to my daughter so she could stream on her website. I need to build another as these ones are showing their age.
