don't admit there is an issue. There is a work around if you manually
explode each file into it's component parts and re-assemble them
before downloading as was the case 15 years ago when literally all
multi-part files had to be re-ordered.
Keep up the good work. Hope this note clears up some issues but
unfortunately offers little by way of solutions.
BTW-Giga servers also post some parts out of order but since they have
deliberately been corrupting file-parts in selected groups, the cause
of part files is squarely thier doing and not the servers.
Pars seem to be the easiest and most popular solution to part files
and file corruption.
