I've only ever seen this guy in a duo with Ji/T in an old set of
NS "out-takes" (wearing the same greenies, so probably taken at
the same time as your sample). I've always thought it surprising
that NS didn't have a series dedicated to him and have asked here
on a previous occasion for any info., but didn't have any joy.
Your sample is new to me, so it seems there could be some more
pics of him out there somewhere. Let's hope they can be tracked
