This is by Tom of Finland. I thought I recognised the artistic style and
by doing a google image search was able to identify it as Kake 23 - In
the wild west. So I did a bit more searching. There were in total 26
Kake booklets published 1968-1986 and an inexpensive 704 page hardback
collected edition (Tom of Finland: The Complete Kake Comics) is
