Yep, alot of content-aware fill, healing tool, clone stamp and copy to
layer/reposition/resize/etc-> merge down. Haven't used the patch tool
in a while. May be time to experiment again.
I have almost alll pages cleaned for the border areas/page background
and another half dozen pages repaired. Slow but progress...
