New final CSVs and call for comments.txt
In February I asked for comments on the CSV's for Toro CD04 and Urakimon CD12. Since none were forthcoming I am now re-issuing these CSV's final.
I am now asking for comments on the following CSV's with the objective of re-issuing/confirming these CSV's as final in February:

Rasczak is compiling CSV's for Pants CD10, Phuukhao CD13 and SNB CD06.
I am compiling a CSV for MIN CD25, and have made first steps in respect of Cigarillo CD09 and Rendez-vous Project CD06.
If anyone is willing to take on the compilation of any other CSV, please post a comment and let me know.
