I have used both and both are pretty close.
Astraweb has had issues with articles and their servers. I have stuck
with Astraweb due to costs and good service. And as Mr. Bill has stated,
the availability of groups can make or break a service provider. I have
been with one company that culled most on topic groups due to outside
pressure.
