Here are the results so far of my checks on your CSVs:

Agree except I have 4 sets missing: ira11l, olga12, vera13 plus ap5
Also I found another 2 thumbnails from a recent bootleg site preview which
don't match anything else (002.jpg and 057.jpg)
Photo Angels
Agree except for file:
bd-phan_7.08.02_3-036.jpg,192743,ff023832,\7.08.02_3\,Missing
Mine is 188868 bytes (from an ots post I think).
Plazma Girls
Agree except the set Alina&Olia-Serie01 doesn't belong to this site
If you think it was re-issued on this site then it would be the Team logo
not the old logo version you indexed.
School Passion/Hidden Girls
Agree
I have 3 extra complete sets but they may not be originals:
18-1 (no exif), Diana (no exif), Marina (poor quality)
Also have 2 extra partial sets:

BD Sisters

My version of

is the same size but different CRC so one version is corrupt.
No obvious corruption on mine - can you check yours.
My bd-sis_10-08.2 set doesn't match your csv and all files are 1 byte
smaller so you may have the spurious byte problem on your set
The genya15.08 set you indexed is not original (poor quality)
I have only one picture of the original set.
I have 4 extra complete sets:

I've done some work on Photololita/Photolo and PhotoNymphets/Hot Girls:
Photo Lolita/Photolo
There is a mistake in the CD csv:
set 107_2 (aka 1072) is indexed in photonymphets but should be in
photololita (Checked against previously posted old site html rip).
There are a couple of mistakes in Golden Spittoon:
set 13 (aka 013) and set 25.03 existed in CD but have been replaced with
totally different sets with the same name in GS I have added _old to the
CD folder names. (the thumbnails for these sets are messed up in GS)
I have:
114 sets matching CD
23 additional sets
84 Duplicate Team sets
11 missing sets
There are likely more missing sets as the GS index isn't complete.
Also there are likely more Team sets missing but they will only duplicate
existing non-team sets.
One potential problem:
CD and GS index original set 17.4.08 in Photonym/hot girls but the Team
version is indexed by GS in Photo Lolita. Not sure if this is a mistake
as this has happened with other sites.
Photo Nymphets/ Hot Girls Photos
Set 020119 indexed by CD is missing from GS. I have renamed it to
19.1 which follows the rename pattern for the rest of GS.
(Obviously no thumbnail in GS)
I have:
89 sets matching CD
7 additional sets
1 additional partial set
4 Duplicate Team sets (one partial)
23 missing sets
Again there are likely more missing sets as the GS index isn't complete.
Also nearly all Team duplicate sets are missing.
I am going to post the CSV upgrades and full CSVs for Photolo/lolita
and Photonymphets/Hot Girls soon but in the meantime, perhaps you could
check the other minor issues mentioned above.
One final suggestion:
As these are "work in progress" csvs and thumbnail indexes, it might be
worth doing the following things:
Have separate index files showing just the missing sets for each site.
Create a folder for each missing set and put a file containing
random garbage in the folder and name the file something like:
"Set xxxxx is missing", "Two files missing from set xxxx" "Set xxxx is
not original" etc. as appropriate.
If you don't release the garbage files then anyone using the csv will
always get a miss-wrong file which indicates the problem sets rather
than a "perfect" but incomplete result.
