I still use all these programs and they have a fairly easy learning
curve.
None are frame accurate as they all need to cut on key,I and P frames
and just to help us a bit more some round up to the cut frame and some
go down, but you do get a direct stream copy of your media in a short
time, with no quality lost.
All are Free, If you need help with any give a ping, there is also
other software out there this is just what I use and know.
