I am not familiar with the term DRN server, do you know what that
stands for?  I found "Digital recognition network".  Could they be
saying "PRM server"?

If it would help you, I can post a copy of the very hard to find
version of PowerPost which posts using uuencode.  It is basically a
bulk posting program, that posts via NNTP.  It is not a newsreader,
just very easy to use Windows posting software.

Let me know if you want a copy, I will post it here for you.  That
might solve your problem.
