I've been using Newsguy for years and years...and am on a first name basis with
their support staff.
I prefer them because in addition to using NNTP servers, they also have software
that converts the newsgroups such than they can be viewed using an Internet
browser rather than a newsreader, which I like.
It's just that sometimes there's a technical 'issue' that prevents the
conversions to internet useable posts (aka Direct Read News...as they call it).
Every now and then I squawk about missing posts and Rich or Cindy will look into
it.
