 resulted in passenger and traffic caps on the airport. Now the rich shits
 want to add an S-shaped turn to the high takeoff angle to "steer the noise

 For awhile, the deactivated Marine Corps Air Station at El Toro was under
 consideration after it closed in 1999. Most of it has since been demolished,
 including the runways.  The last plane flew out of there in 2007.
