Assuming you mean the NZB file, which is an xml file type, the answer is,
you cannot. You must grab the entire rar set.
If, on the other hand, you are talking about a CSV file, the answer is the
same, you cannot. CSV files are for verification of files already on your
hard drive.
In other words, if it's not visibly posted in this newsgroup, you cannot
make it magically appear.
