Hi LP,
I agree as well. I have been using Usenet for longer than I care to
admit, but it has become pretty obscure. I like the ability to follow
some key posters, ask the occasional question, and download with much
less concern. Even for more "bulk" downloads I will tend to use
binsearch and then pass the nzb files to grabit. I still like the
groups themselves, but the discussion parts have definitely slowed down
over the years.
I still greatly appreciate those who continue to post.
