====================================================
VM completion (for me) is excellent and always has been, retention is
rubbish, about 2 weeks or maybe a month tops in some lower usage
newsgroups.
VM keep giving us free speed upgrades but it seems that everytime they
do... then we lose something in the way of reliability/bandwidth
limits or in this case the loss of teevee...one of the most popular
newsgroups.
I myself would sooner give them back the speed upgrades and leave it
how it was.
They should be working on reliability before anything else.

I don't think that VM has any serious competition in the UK and they
know it... so they can afford to annoy a few people without losing
customers, which is a shame.

I just hope that my paid server 'tweaknews' doesn't drop them as well.
