I looked for both and found nothing so far.

Playing with Fire 1985 was an NBC tv movie
and was never released to VHS or DVD.
Only chance of this is if someone taped it on VHS
during a rebroadcast on some channel in the 90's

 Bah, Humbug! 1994
AKA The Story of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol'
was released on VHS and DVD through PBS after
the airing. Some tapes and dvd's are out there but
are expensive and no rips were ever done AFAIK.
