Yes,
You download the NZB file and this must be loaded into a NZB downloader.
I use NZB-o-matic (which is a freebie)
You click "edit server" and put in the address of your news provider.
You fill in login name and password, if required.
You then go to transfer queue and click Import NZB and choose where you
have downloaded the NZB file to and click it.
This will load all the parts of the film, as rar files.
You then go to file and click connect.
When all the parts have been downloaded you then use a free programme - I
use Winrar, to extract them and click extract and the complete film will be
available to you.
