Either I'm missing something, or IMDb is all messed up. The title of the movie at IMDb is "A Fistful of Dollars." But about 40 seconds into the movie the title is given on screen: "Fistful of Dollars." I left the title as is, since other websites (Wikipedia, Rotten Tomatoes, etc.) make the same error. Is there an Alternate Version with a different title to include the word "A?" Wonder how this error got started?
The bigger issue is IMDb gives the "Language: Italian | Spanish." This movie is clearly in English. A question in the FAQs is "Why is this film dubbed?" IMDb gives some convoluted answer: "....When they dubbed the American version the got American actors to dub the Italian actors voices and so on and so forth." In my opinion, the actors' lip movements match the English audio. I see no evidence of dubbing.
IMDb also says: "When they dubbed the Italian version, they got Italian actors to dub Eastwood's, Lee Van Cleef's and Eli Wallach's voices. Are Lee Van Cleef and Eli Wallach in this movie? I didn't recognize them in the movie, nor did I see their names in the credits.
I'm not a student of film, so maybe I'm missing something.
