Thanks To The Original Poster!
According to IMDb, there is an Alternate Version: "Also available in a colorized version (made in 1986 and later in 1997), on TV, VHS, DVD and Blu-Ray." That's what this is. Definitely not Blu-Ray. Looks like a good VHS quality.
This is 4:3 Full-Screen. I also have the original b&w widescreen version. (Actually the quality is better, albeit b&w.) Unusual for me to keep two versions. Usually I would choose the original. Maybe it's the colour of the Flubber that made me keep this version.
Anyway, I decided to post the 4:3 colorized version. If anyone wants the 16:9 b&w widescreen version, just let me know.
