In News Rover 21.0.1 I went to Control>Clean Up Lost Files, and a great many
were deleted, including "delete failed" messages. Closed and opened app,
and the NG was empty. (Else I would have deleted all messages.) Closed and
opened Rover, and did "Redownload...". Problem has not returned...yet.
I think Redownload used to be Re-get in Agent years ago.
