Has anyone noticed an increasing number of parts that appear to be
comoplete, but when downloaded show a single, or more rarely, two
mising sections? Often now on Easynews, and less so on XSusenet I find
this happening. No big deal as a small par file repairs, but a sign of
a faulty farm somewhere. My question is Highwinds, or everywhere?
Thoughts?
