When I found Julie Skyhigh participating in an ADT forum I thought it
would be interesting, and it was, but not for the reasons I expected.
What I thought would be interesting turned out to be mostly hilarious.
The moderators tried over and over to explain to her that she couldn't
post the images she was trying to post, eventually using words of one
syllable or less. She didn't get it, for the simple reason that to get
it, she would have to believe that what she does for a living is wrong.

It's all about the 2257 regulations. To host 'sexually explicit' images
on their server the owners of ADT would have to have copies of the model
releases and IDs and keep them organized in a safe place with access to
them a minimum of 20 hours per week and yada yada yada.
Obviously they can't do that if people are just throwing random images
up on their forum.

And before you say "hey wait! Other sites have sexually explicit images
on them and they can't possibly have all of that info!" - The owners of
those sites do run the risk of going to jail if the government bothered
to uphold the law.
That's why so many of them are run by companies overseas, or hosted
overseas, etc. ADT is run by 2 people in the US, and they don't feel
like going to jail.

Changes to the Federal 2257 record keeping requirements have forced us
to update our acceptable image policy. All images posted to this site
must meet the following guidelines:

As a general rule, if the image would be acceptable for a soft-core
Playboy style photoshoot then it's most likely acceptable.
If the image is questionable don't use it.
We appreciate your cooperation with this policy. Failure to comply may
result in loss of image uploading privileges for your account. Multiple
violations of this policy will result in deactivation of your account.
