 Running quickpar on the parts restores only the parts. Running
 quickpar on the whole, then spliting it, allows for both the use of
 recovery pars and reassemblly without a intermediate step (no
 downloader needs to have hjsplit). Downloaders only need to have
 quickpar. The shear ease for downloaders is what broke my lifetime
 habit of winrar. As with yenc, an earth change in habit.
