You are mostly correct, however question 2 is:

There is a general guideline but it is nowhere from being broken as I
said in my 1st response. It is, however, a quote of the charter for
this group.
I too am very happy to see Wink sharing in fact I welcome it.
A larger volume, as stated in my reply, would be welcomed.
The guideline quoted was from approx June of 2000, it was a different
time and 'flooding the group' had a bit of a different meaning.
I applaud you for sharing your finds as well, usenet needs all the
legit posters it can find.
I use eaynews, current binary retension is 2353 days, well in excess
of nearly 2 years :)
