I just reloaded
alt.binaries.nospam.multimedia.facials
(another one that Thumper posts in and the filter I'm using now is
working(letting Thumper through). See below.

So, it seems both my filter and
Message-ID: {<*@news.astraweb.com>} and not Author: (Thumper or
cervante)
work--even though the filter without conditions shouldn't filter
Cervante anyway.
