As a long time lurker here and in other groups, and someone who
occasionally posts too, I can only tell you what works for me. First,
I will say I see nothing in your header that gives away any of your
information except for a Yahoo email address. If that is a real email
address, my first bit of advice would be to remove that from your
persona and put in something fake. Next, if you're really concerned
about covering your posting tracks, start using a VPN or other
anonymous means of posting. It looks like the provider you use offers
a VPN service, so you might want to look into it. Another option is to
find a provider that offers free trial periods that include posting,
such as the one I used to post this reply. The downside to that is
that I'm pretty sure this is the only provider left out there that
doesn't require any billing information be entered for the trial
period, and it can be a real PITA because they restrict signing up for
a trial period to one IP address (but that's another reason to use a
good VPN, you can select from multiple IP's). Personally I don't think
you have much to worry about, especially given the content posted in
this group. And BTW, thanks for all you've posted. My cooking library
in Plex greatly appreciates it!
