Hmm... now that more files have been posted, I take that back.
The speed looks the same.
Further, the lightning server seems to be a paid add on.
I'm stumped.
This might be a good time to contact their customer service.
Give them your trace route test results and say you're getting
1 Mbps ULing speed when it should be 7.2.
See what they say.
