I bought this a few weeks ago, and I'm not entirely convinced it isn't a
bootleg edition (see the folder sizes above). However, I don't have the
resources to buy another copy, and the quality is quite good, so this is what
I have to share.
Cover scans with first preview (they were too large for my scanner, so thanks
to a friend for stitching them for me)
