Take two boys, add one rambunctious seal and what do you get? Way-out family
fun at its funniest!
After Arthur and his brother, Petey, find an injured seal and nurse it back
to health, they hide it away in their room. But they soon learn that you

After Sammy escapes and turns their town into a circus, a greedy land devel-
oper wants to turn him into a sideshow performer for tourists. The boys then
make a fateful decision that changes their lives --and Sammy's-- forever...

It's been quite some time since I watched this, so I can't provide a blow-by-
blow rundown of all the hijinks that occur, but trust me, hijinks *do*
occur!
We get to feast our eyes on two Cuties, namely Michael McGreevey and a tiny
little Billy Mumy - Three full years before he would make his appearance (and
go down in history) as Will Robinson on "Lost In Space."
