Based on Richmal Crompton's comedic short stories and books, "Just William"
presents the adventures of 11-year-old William Brown, and his intrepid band
of friends, "The Outlaws."
Set in an idyllic England of the 1950's, this is the perfect portrayal of
scruffy, irrepressible schoolboy William, who, despite his good intentions,
invariably ends up causing chaos and getting into trouble.
A hero in his own mind, William battles disapproving adults, his long-suffer-
ing parents, teachers and older siblings to see justice done in four laugh-

I've only watched *most* of the first episode of this incarnation of William
Brown and his merry band of Outlaws, but it was enough to tell that it is a
pretty good little series, and well worth the download :)
I won't get into any debate on this series as compared to previous ones, as
I'm really not qualified to judge, having watched so little of any of them,
yet. I can say, however, that the pretty eyes and pudgy little cheeks of
Daniel Roche would very much make up for a load of shortcomings with the
series - should there be any :love:
