Story

Now infamous for his exploits, Jack Myst is a master thief. Ascending to the office after defeating Skorn at Margauth, he launches a daring plan, one to steal what cannot be stolen.

You cannot upgrade the sound quality by upgrading the bitrate.
The bitrate can be upgraded to any number but the sound quality will remain unaltered (and the size will increase).
Reducing the bitrate, which also can be done, will reduce both the size and the sound quality.
