Story

Richard, Carmel and Liesl are an unlikely trio with a complex shared past. They met while working in Rwanda during the genocide. Now the three are back together, united both by a photograph and attempts on their lives. After receiving a summons from the International Criminal Tribunal of Rwanda, someone has tried to kill both Carmel and Richard. Could this be connected to the photograph they saw in Rwanda, or to the summons?
Embarking on a mission to find the answers, they are drawn into the violent and harrowing world of animal smuggling, a world more frightening then they ever could have predicted. It is not just animals that are being smuggled, but human organs from living donors. Soon, their lives are all on the line and only one person can help them.
About The Author
Tony Park was born in 1964 and grew up in the western suburbs of Sydney. He has worked as a newspaper reporter in Australia and England, a government press secretary, a public relations consultant, and a freelance writer.
He is also a major in the Australian Army Reserve and served six months in Afghanistan in 2002 as the public affairs officer for the Australian ground forces.
He and his wife, Nicola, divide their time between their home in Sydney, and southern Africa, where they own a tent and a Series III Land Rover.
About The Reader
Richard Aspel is a talented narrator of children's and adult audiobooks. He trained and worked in London, before returning to Australia where he has worked extensively in television, theatre and radio. His television credits include Neighbours and Carson's Law, and he provided various voices for The Silver Brumby animated series. Richard was nominated for the prestigious Audie Award (US) for his narration of The Mark of the Angel by Nancy Huston.

The bitrate can be upgraded to any number but the sound quality will remain unaltered (and the size will increase).
Reducing the bitrate, which also can be done, will reduce both the size and the sound quality.
