As I can see the main problem in building csv is the absence of
appropriate number of full rips of entire web sites with collections.
The more different rips of the same site - the more probability to build
authoritative csv. By the way, maybe it is a good idea to write in csv's
comments what sources were used to build them. In this case everyone
could estimate the authoritativeness of every csv himself.

I believe there are people who did the full rips of the sites using
programs like Teleport Pro and saved them on cd/dvd. But how to find
these people and make them to share their archives with others? Maybe
they would like to share but don't know that their old archives can be
useful for somebody. How about to create some web site where to write
that we are looking for the full rips of appropriate web sites for reward?
As a reward there can be similar content or money (say, $10 for rip).
This will be a stimulus to people to upload their rips to us.

The site can be run as a Tor hidden service in order to provide
anonymity of all participants.

P.S. "Little Virgins Complete_5802.csv" also has no "mb" suffix in it's
name. Please fix it. I hope my suggestions do not annoy you. I just want
to do the set of your csv's more accurate. I use your csv's as a
reference set for checking my collection. I use n@@dles, bourne or CD
only if there is no corresponding mb csv. Therefore I'll be glad if you
post new csv's as soon as they will be avalable.
