Why not post them as a TC disguised as another file in an obscure
unused group under another name and send an e-mail with the group name
and the password to the TC container?
If you want to track who might give the PW away, say in a public post,
you can post a new TC file for each person who asks for the keys and
set the pw to their email address. That way, the person you give the
pw to will have to change their e-mail address (admittedly, not hard,
but a hassle).
