the method for getting the information you seek is written out in
various text posts thru the group. All you need to do is to download
those posts and read them. It will take a bit of time as there are a
whole lot of posts that are just whining or asking for that same info
-- by people who won't be bothered to look for the info.
However, I do recognize that not all of us are native English speakers
-- and I am guessing that may be a problem based on your email name.
