I don't know about other newsproviders, but your post came incomplete here.
In Usenet you can't post a full 200MB file, the file has to be splitted for
propagation. I always split big files in 10MB parts, which is about the maximum
reccomended size, this is easy to do with Winrar. The parts are joined manually
the the downloader or automatically if they have a good newsreader.
