Something I just did for giggles was convert the .bin & .cue files to a
single .iso, as I'm on Win10 I can just click the .iso and it natively
mounts to a Windows virtual drive. I know this works for Server 2012 so it
*may* also work for Win8 and 8.1 as their GUIs are the same as Server 2012
and 2012 R2 respectively but I can't confirm.
