CLRMamePro can be used to check your library, fix simple changes such
as renames, etc. and can generate a fixDat file that can be posted
here to ask for fills.
After that the tool can be used to merge the files with your library
with the merge feature.
Though if you are almost 10 years out of date, likely nothing is
current with the latest build 0.211.
You can look at http://www.pleasuredome.org.uk/ to download torrents
of current ROM sets, CHDs, etc.
