A tip, since I think you get your update ROMs from the same place I do.
When CMPro finishes it's business, there will be a whole bunch of zip
files in the backup directory. Create a folder and unzip all of those
files into the same folder, overwriting when it dupes.
It's very easy to do this with WinRAR, just select them all, right drag,
and select "extract here..." It will put all the roms into folder, only
asking about dupes once before you select "overwrite all."
You'll have a folder full of individual rom dumps. Select and drag all
those files into the CMPro scan window that shows you which rom is
missing. It will launch the rebuilder and grab any file from that folder
which matches the missing rom, even if the filename has changed.
Generally, this fixes any oddball missing roms on an update.
