What pages are missing? My PDF has 144 pages, and it doesn't seem like
there are any gaps.
Also--any unscanned JG stuff lurking about in storage, Oldbie? ;)
As for scanning: I think don't worry about doing anything complicated.
Just be sure to scan at 600 dpi, and then one of us here can process
the images/add them to the PDFs if necessary. Of course, it's nice to
have an *entire* scan in a single resolution, but pirates can't be
choosers ;)
