Nice effort to get the book out so fast, especially with OCR
I know it's looking a gift horse in the mouth, but I feel obligated to
point out this scan is missing a few pages.
Specifically, the missing pages are pages:
9, 10, 16, 25, 44 ,51, 120, 126, 142, 156, 162, 180, 199, 200 ,206,
232, 247, 268 and 286
Judging by the text, these missing pages are probably full-page
pictures so do not seem to affect the rules, just the presentation.
pp 1 & 2 are missing too, but I think those are frontpieces and may
not have any actual content on them. Oh, and there is no back cover
either ;-)
