I have it, downloaded from here when it was originally posted.
Since I have been lurking for years, it is about time that I gave back
a bit. Please bear with me as I have never posted before so it will
be a learning process for me.
I will try to get it done today (Sunday) but no promises.
BTW, many thanks for to all of the original posters and most
especially to Sitkaman for all of his reposts and for keeping the list
over the years.
