Adding a fill server worked for me. I didn't ditch AW because at
$0.05US per Gig it's half the cost of any I know about. Plus when
they're good, they are Very good.
AstraWeb+Usenet-News has been good completion to 2000 days.

I don't keep up anymore but you might get a kick out of this map. Lot
of outfits selling UseNet are actually just reselling HighWinds Media.

I can tell you Tweak was bought out last yr. by HighWinds. Over two
dozen are front ends including Easynews and Usenetserver. Can't
say if that will make a difference for Tweak but what I've read is
that the cause of lots of incompletes is actually DMCA takedowns.
