OK, you've posted that image 5 times in 25 minutes. But it looks like
it's already BEEN digitized, in order to get the patch that's seen in
the photograph.
To reproduce it from the photograph would require considerable effort
on someone's part, including completely re-creating the image. It
would be MUCH easier and quicker to simply buy either the design or
the completed patch.
