Well, I was hoping that snigglefritz would discover the font while
finding a useable image.
There are a number of fonts named Zephyr - the closest might be Kathay
Gabor's Zephyr at P22 fonts; but that's not it either. The font is
really Otto Maurer's "Vampire"

which INCLUDES those light streaks!

That's done with FontCreator from an image of the Gabor Zephyr
character set. FontCreator is the font equivalent of an auto-digitizer :)
