I carnt say (don't know) how long it is you (Pixie)
have been subscribed to ABCP, but I can say that in
what has now just passed six years of (my) reading ABCP
the 'critique' by antony@bigmama.all is maybe the third
I have ever read on anyone's effort in filing a REQ.
for "digitising".
I exclude the banter around Don's<res0y7ux> (and mine)
little joke one Xmas past [attached].
<Don_MeriXmas.hus>

About all I can say about the feedback offered by
antony@bigmama.all is this "at least it was offered".
I guess that is a start.
Your followup in explanation gave me some good clues on
what not do in tackling large designs.
So a huge thanks for that contribution.

As always I myself welcome justified/informed
critique :-)

>I wasn't criticising anyone's effort. Not Herb's. Not yours.

I can read that but seeing as how we are both Aussies
maybe it is a tad easier (to see). Still.... I doubt
anything seen as "negative" is going to get airtime
here (ABCP). Certainly in the past, getting a message
of help through has proved it is easier to brick the
camel then _SHOW_ it the water..!

Ten points for doing what you are obviously well
qualified to do :-)

/nodding
62K of stitching is indeed a lot of time and material
to throw out simply because one cannot use
editing/viewing software.

And with the clues posted (now) on using Usenet the OP
has to be overjoyed with the results of the
experience..!

TN is today a useless port for Usenet.. only suffered
by those who have little choice in NSP :-<
