ummm.. misplaced, I fear, CM... read on.

... and the same goes for 99% of the readers
here (ABCP), CM.
Many do/will miss the subtleties of group interaction,
simply dismissing statements/events as "trolling" or
"of no interest" when in fact these small things are
the single most poignant indicator of group 'health'.
To explain this one - Frank's post?
Frank is feeding Herb. Frank knows Herb is next to
useless at graphics production. Frank has no intention
of helping anyone but Herb, in preserving a false
'status'. These guys just cannot "play nice" with
anyone who challenges them. Me, I reckon it is the
"good ole boys" syndrome, long alive and well in North
America, and as childish an attitude as one will ever
come across.
That "hth" signoff is all the indicator of sarcasm
any experienced Netizen requires to make a value
judgement on the whole of Franks contribution :-/
It *is* well past time these 'men' [loose use] just got
over themselves. In their tiny minds, keeping the women
in the group powerless (low knowledge levels) and
begging suits them fine.
Guys like me who spread education, encourage the
possession of knowledge and power for women, are
a real worry to them.
Never mind.. "down under" we do not "fold" easily.. and
certainly not to some "up himself" poor human as the
like of Frank (you see) waving baits about.
Right now there is more than one sitting stewing over
the posted designs. Like I could give a toss.. *you*
are the one to benefit.. I trust you both "get" and
enjoy the lesson :-)
An' to help you further?
Your responses are "top posted", in that your response
is typed by you _above_ the body content. There are
reams of advice on how to respond to posts, "top
posting" is not included.. one just does not do it.
Follow the lead/example I and others, who do "play
nice" and do work at making their posts presentable
in text and you will blend with all members in any
group. Top posting is ignorant and makes one a target
for the "top posting police".
Do not be a victim <g>
cheers
