I can see you are doing your best to make good your postings,
so I offer this piece of advice as one poster to another.
call it "the benefit of road experience"??
Often we (in posting), as a natural human reaction, fall prey to the
habitual requestor. Time only will then teach us to be observant
and cautious in redoing good work simply because a requestor (or a
critic) "points and bleats".
Always trust yourself first.
That attitude is not hypocritical to what I have previously said
in respect of learning, at all. Listen always to those you see
consistently giving good information and be wary of those who
bleat before looking, they are usually "baiting you".
In this case, where Pippi has asked you to repost, I am of the mind
Pippi hasn't got a clue on how to read a newsgroup. This despite the
fact the lady has been subscribed here (ABCP) all of 2009.
Her posting history reflects a casual attitude.. and that is fine,
however you had my advice on that first post of MP2008 and
therefore the wise thing to do was to either wait or ask Pippi just
what trouble the lady had with the post.
Going straight back to work in a repost helps nobody.
Pippi will not get the repost where the original did not list for her.
I know this as I too am using TN, and as said before, the post is
fine.
So, bottom line?
Be wary of those who leap into request of reposts.
Always look for more than one request,, and always ask anyway
before reposting _unless_ the error is also obvious to you.
